As part of this year's Pig War Picnic celebration, we are hosting a Silent Auction to raise funds that help support future community events, activities, and improvements.

The Pig War Picnic Silent Auction is one of our favorite traditions and an important fundraiser that helps support future community events and activities.
This year's auction features a variety of exciting items, experiences, plane tickets, resort stays, restaurants, whale watching, golfing and more. Whether you're looking for a unique gift or a special experience, you'll find something worth bidding on.
How the Silent Auction Works

Visit the Silent Auction area during the Pig War Picnic, or place your bid online below.

Browse the auction items on display.

If you would like to bid on an item, write your name and bid amount on that item's bidding sheet.

There is a minimum bid for each item. Each new bid must be higher than the current highest bid.

You may bid on as many items as you wish.

Return throughout the event to see if you've been outbid and place a higher bid if desired.

When the auction closes, the highest bid listed on each bidding sheet wins that item.
How to Participate
No advance registration is required.
Simply visit the Silent Auction area during the event and begin bidding. Volunteers will be available to answer questions and assist participants.
Auction Rules

Bidders must provide a legible name and contact information.

Bids may not be erased or altered.

All bids are considered binding.

Winning bidders are responsible for payment and item pickup at the close of the auction.

Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Cash or Check

The auction committee reserves the right to resolve any bidding disputes.

Bids close at 2:00 p.m. and winners will be announced at the bandstand.
